I asked to polish my military oxfords for a very special once in a lifetime occasion. The ""polish"" came off during the first 2 minutes of wearing the shoes. When I went back for refund, I was told to ""get the hell out"", I was m/f'ed and f..you'ed...by a man behind the counter (male hispanic in his 50-ies ) when I insisted on the refund.
Pros: No positives
Cons: Terrible service and rude people
