Review content:
I brought in a pair of pants to have the zipper replaced. I have used this cleaners for years and trusted them. I picked them up the day I was leaving on a trip and packed them right into my suitcase. When I went to wear them the following day (on my business trip) the zipper was jammed. It took forever to force them open to put the pants on and force them back up to close them - a 10 minute struggle, but they were the only pants I had for the event. At the event the zipper burst open. (And I just lost 23 lbs, they were NOT tight.) When I got back I brought them back and the woman at the counter apologized and said they'd repair them. I went to pick them up today and the owner was there. He said I had to pay for the pants. He said they didn't put in that zipper, that I brought back a different pair of pants to try and get them to put a zipper in for free. He refused to give me my pants back. I finally got them away from him (it was a physical struggle!) and the zipper was still broken and he was STILlL demanding I pay again. They hadn't even touched the broken pants since I dropped them off. I left as he was threatening to call the police. I went back with a copy of my credit card statement to prove I'd paid once already - for a bad zipper, by the way...and he still yelled at me saying I was lying and these were different pants with a different broken zipper. He also tried to wrestle the pants away from me again.
