Yeah, everything is is near a dollar, but you get what you pay for. More then half of everything I buy here breaks before I even get to wear it. I have even had something break in the bag just from walking around before I even get home! Then after I have been a loyal customer since they opened even purchasing after things have broken over and over again just the other day I went in (They know me I have been in their so many times) I was with my niece. One lady was following my niece around and I saw her rolling her eyes at the other associates watching her thinking she was stealing. So I took the shopping bag from my niece thinking they would back off. After we made our purchases and we were nearly two stores away the fat manager came running out accusing me of stealing a ring that I had purchased a long time ago! I was ENRAGED! It was a dollar ring, and I had been in their so many times they know who I am! I was so embarrassed and mortified she confronted me in the mall in front of a huge group of people my mother ended up going back in to tell her off for accusing me! The one associate even stood up for me saying I was a loyal customer and I wouldn't steal because she knows me! I WAS SO ANGRY! I doubt I will ever go in here to shop again. I am a 30 year old woman, so go shop here if you want cheap jewelry that breaks with no returns, and people that accuse you of stealing and mortify you in a mall in front of EVERYONE! Why would I steal a dollar piece of jewelry anyway? At my age! Shame on you, you lost a good customer. Learn what customer service is!
