I will never go back to them. First they tried to charge me for warranty work they never did on my Lawnboy mower, then backtracked and said the charge was for time spent reviewing the warranty policy terms. That was pure BS!. Then they failed to properly repair my Toro snowblower and insisted that I didn't know how it was supposed to run. Then they blamed me, the customer, for not describing the problem correctly. I had to have the factory engineers tell them how it operated and how to fix it. Their customer service reps and service manager treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about and were downright nasty and unapologetic. I used to run a vehicle maintenance shop so I know a little about mechanical things. They've lost me as a customer.
