NWAH closed abruptly in June 2008 after being taken by SLC Sheriff for back taxes. Records were not available to patients. Vet records have been purchased by Janet Chipperfield, DMV and can be obtained at 11986 Doresett Rd. Maryland Heights, MO 63043. 314-770-2800. She is willing to copy or FAX.
