I was looking for a better auto insurance rate and stopped into this small agency to see what State Farm could do for me. I was welcomed by Nancy as she asked me to explain what I wanted, and what I felt I needed for coverage.
She's very pleasant, and very knowledgeable. She offered me several options of coverage and thoroughly explained the differences. She took the time to explain why the rates were different, and what I was gaining or loosing with each option. No one has ever done that before.
She also asked a bit about my life, and when I told her I rented, she asked if I had rental coverage. When I said No, she explained that by adding it to an auto policy - and thereby gaining a multiple policy discount - the discount all but covers the added policy. I got much better coverage for an extra $3 per month. My other agent never told me about that.
I ended up switching to their agency. Nancy is Great. I can't brag enough about what a find she was for me. I tell anyone looking for insurance to give her a call or stop in. It's nice to do business with someone that cares about whats best for you.
