Review content:
My father injured his back in February and has been in and out of the hospital, nursing home, and rehab center. In these places he was kept drugged and neglected. Each time he went in, his condition deteriorated. We contacted Patti at Loving Care and she sent 3 of the most wonderful aides (Wendi, Michelle, and Deborah) to assist him. They gave him EXCELLENT care. They were knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. My parents loved having them. In a short time, we could see a big difference in his progress and mental status. They were very attentive to his needs. Even on the days when he only had their care for 4 hours a day, he received more care than when he was in a 24-hour facility. Having the Loving Care people come in was the best thing we could have done for him. We cannot thank Patti and the girls enough for what they have done, and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing home health care. They're the greatest!
Pros: Knowlegeable, caring, attentive, compassionate, friendly.
