I also have moved out of the orchards and they owe me 1348.50 I called the so called CEO Carolyn Rieler and she has not once returned a phone call and no reason why . By law they owe me double the deposit of 2697.00 The president Daniel Aronoff should be a shamed of this company. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general office and filed a small claims case.. Screw them before they can screw you. DONT PAY YOUR LAST MONTHS RENT AND THIS COMPANY SUCKS ***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
