While waiting in line to buy an apple pie from the bakery, when my wife placed the order, she stepped approximately 3 feet away into the doorway to tell me, and the person behind the counter started to belittle her and berate her for stepping out of line. My wife apologized, but the server would not let it go, instead she kept yelling at my wife, until another server stepped forward and apologized for her associates behavior. Then the rude lady started saying, ""that's right the customer is always right"", over and over again. It is quite apparent this person hates her job and the customers who make it possible for her to have a job. Management should free her up to pursue other job opportunities. Cons: Very rude staff
