This was the worst service that I have ever had I went here to get my lap top fixed after finding out that he was charging me for a part that was only 25.00 retail he was telling me that it was 75.00 I did my research and after talking to other people that had bad experience with this company. i decided to go and get my lap top and when I did he demanded that I pay for the key board but he would not show me the invoice to prove that he had paid this amount which I offered to pay if he would show me the invoice for. He forced me to pay 20.00 he told me to hire an attorney if I didn't like paying for nothing. All I have to say is do your research I would rather let a teenager in a garage fix my computer than have this money hungry price gouger fix it.
Pros: this guy is not the only computer service in Napa
