Review content:
I just visit the McDonalds location on Estes Parkway, Longview, Texas and the food was disgusting. I order the grilled club sandwich. It appeared that the sandwich was just thrown together. It was messy and the presentation was trash bin...It was as if someone dropped the sandwich and tried to fix it. Then the tea was not sweet. This is one of the worst location in Longview. They are not professional, they are slow and your food is not fresh. Customer services very sad. This McDonalds need to get it together or shut it down. I have co-workers that have had hair in their food, bug in their drink and let us not speak of the fries being recooked. Yes recooked because a drive-thru customer notice her fries were not fresh. So, McDonald drive-thru, took fries out of her bag and put them back in the grease. That is SAD. Saturday breakfast OMG order a steak with scrambled egg on the side. Steak was burnt and the Manager tried to justify it by saying ""its fresh"" SHUT IT DOWN!!!!!
