I've been renting a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt in Center City for 3 years with Pappas Realty., and have been happy to renew each year. All of the interactions with the staff members (Don and Harry Pappas, Daisy, etc) have been friendly and courteous. All concerns and repairs have been taken care of promptly, including a less than two hour service for a heating repair issue. I've been extremely pleased with our apartment, and staff interactions, and I'd recommend Pappas Realty to friends and family moving to Philadelphia.
