Do. Not. Leave Your Car Here. You Will Never Get It Back! ? )revised) We dropped our car off in October 2011. It is now March first and they still have it. They inspected it, PUT A STICKER on it, and then the next day told me something was wrong with it and it wouldn't start. It started when we brought it in! Every time I call, there is something new wrong with it. They cannot fix it and claim that nothing is their fault. They never call us back and they (the mechanic and the owner) take turns telling us different stories. They LIED to us repeatedly and we caught them lying by calling the Dealership they supposedly had coming out to fix it. (the dealership said they were never even called). I am at my wits' end and am so upset I can't even speak. We are going to a magistrate tomorrow and have called the News already. I work at a call center and I have told everyone I work with how awful it is. I feel so helpless and I don't even have my car. Oh, and did I mention we paid ?? They said it was done, had us pay over the phone, and then we came to get it and it wouldn't start!! THAT was 11/4! Please please warn everyone you know.
