Review content:
I own a piece of property here and the dues are outrageous. We need people on the board who do not have a home built on their land. Why do we have to pay so much, almost as much as those who have a home or live there and use all the facilities? And with the sewer ban in effect, if you have no room for a septic, you have a useless piece of property. The association dues are outrageous. If you don't plan to live there, I would not purchase property there. And as others have commented, the people who work in the office are not very friendly or helpful.
