Lenny is absolutely wonderful. He keeps my Audi running strong and I need it that way because I travel around the area for work. We trust him so much that we are purchasing a Passat from him. Several times they called to say they were not ready to give it to us because Lenny was not happy with every part of the car. He wanted it perfect for us! He replaced the transmission and never asked for for more money than the original quote he gave us. I doubt he made a cent but he did not care because customer service and establishing forever relationships is his goal. I can agree with that! I am a Realtor and I feel the same way. I agree with joemerc...you must be patient, Lenny is a perfectionist and everybody wants his attention when he is working. I guess that is what happens when you are THE expert! Everybody comes to you with questions but man can you tell he loves it. Thanks Lenny!! :)
