My fiance currently is staying in this hospital. He has attempted to contact me from there and since trying to call back have found out that if Im not phsyically there in Brooklyn I cant get any damned respect. Its a run around and its soo sad that they really just dont give a damn about the patients. They lie and tell you that you have the wrong unit when in fact you called the right number. They tell you that it's against rules, then they lie and tell you that the ""patnients"" have to have ""permission"" to talk to anyone besides the staff and doctors?! W.T.F. If anyone you love goes there you will not ever hear from them again, be gald that you are there to see them even though the STAFF and docotrs are poor in the manner department and telling you anything wrong with them when their with them. Its sad when you call a nurse over the phone and she argues with you and tells you that she is stressed out and she is ""not"" letting you talk to your love one..and wont do any ""favors"" as to leaving a messages to them either..They really need to evaluate their staff and who is representing their hospital.
