I remember very clearly a friendly staff - very professional - almost a carefree attitude however - a sense of urgency and attentiveness towards responsibility to their mission - particularly I recall an item served as an appetizer that was unique but cut and dry simple as our server referred to the item as a ""sea monster"" probably the most perfect presentation of the gulf coast in my mind - a very large crabmeat cocktail indeed - how could you go wrong? it was absolutely spectacular - thank you steve's marina***
