Review content:
On my way back from Houston to Utah a few months ago my car broke down about 30 miles outside of Albuquerque. My insurance company contacted John and he was friendly and understanding from the get-go. He quickly found me on the freeway, asked me to wait in the truck while he did all the work, and offered to take me to my hotel or auto shop at no extra charge. When he dropped me off at the hotel he waited with me to help determine if an axel had broken or my transmission had gone out, and not once did he seem impatient or too busy to help. John is very reasonably priced and made me feel comfortable in an awkward situation. If I have to break down anywhere again, I hope it's in Albuquerque!
