Ask around about this landlords before you sign a lease. This people are shady, INCLUDING MANAGERS, SECURITY AND LANLORDS.
This is the worst place to live in Miami, filty, and full of noise , crazy lots of crazy tenats, LOTS OF CRIME in this place. Looks nice from the outside, because is green, and lots of gardens, but once you move in, your car get vandalize, apartments broken into. You wake up every day to find the floors of your appartmet full of maggots...
