I would have to say that with all my moves (at least 5), this was by far the best. From setting the appointment, with Ms. Phyllis to the movers, Mike and Spencer, arriving (albeit 30 mins late) everything went smoothly. The guys were very professional and friendly. They took the divide and counquer approach to my move which was quite efficient. They wrapped everything. And when I say everything, I mean everything. I appreciated the care they took with my belongings. However, I see now how very time consuming that is. So try to have as much of your stuff ""wrapped and packed"" before they get there, to save time. We got to my new home and they unpacked things just as efficiently as they packed them, from setting up beds to arranging furniture. Mike and Spence were great. ***A note to management, ensure your trucks are operating properly before sending them out on a move and invest in GPS for the drivers. It could save your customers time and money if they drivers could actually get to where they need to be**.
