Review content:
I have to agree with much of what Bowser wrote. While I did not appreciate his or her personal attacks, I too was treated rudely by their staff of several visits. You could say that I was a regular for a while, but that changed about a little over a month ago. It's not only the owners who I fould to be rude, but many of the staff as well. I did like the selection of food and treats they carried, but always found the staff to be unfriendly for the most part. I now shop at another store that is a little further from my home (in Buckhead), but the girl truly knows her stuff and always asks about my dog's likes and dislikes. She is attentive and also remembers in only 6 or 7 weeks of shopping there what products I like to buy and her recommendations have been right on!
I do believe that the owners and the staff of City Dog Market need to learn to LISTEN to their customers and learn what they and their pets need and like. They COULD be a better store if only they replace pretty much everyone working there and start over from scratch when it comes to customer service.
Pros: Inventory
Cons: Staff
