I had a horrible experience here. First the doctor gave me two options for the dog so I picked one. When I got my dog back a few minutes later he was wrapped up with guaze and it didn't even cover the whole wound. So I sent him back to fix it. He then came back with 3 staples with NO permission! That wasn't even one of the options. Dr. Vemmer was very condesending, unfriendly, and he contridicted himself. The staff was unfriendly also. While I was checking out a dog came in that was bleeding bad and the front desk lady didn't even look up. I finally had to say about 7 minutes later you might want to help that dog he is bleeding pretty bad! He finally go helped. Horrible experience, staff, and expensive!
