I used to really like Indulge Salon, but in the last few months it seems to be on the decline. More than once I was given a blowdry after my hilights when I didn't want one, then charged for it...I was told it was ""against the rules"" to let people go with wet hair! I've never heard a salon say that before! On top of that, I never like the way they style my hair there so I always have to fix it when I get home. The owner was very rude the second time this happened and I asked about the policy and she told me it was against the states codes. I have been looking for a new salon and have asked about this code and nobody has ever heard of it before! My friend's daughter is in beauty school and I asked her about it too...she said she's never seen anything in her books about it! Idulge is trying to get people's money!! Also the last couple of times I went, whenever the door behind the front desk was opened, this horrible smell came floating out...it was awful!
Pros: salon is beautiful, some stylists are okay
Cons: owner is very rude, smells, unexpected charges
