Alison was my pilates instructor at the Fitness Studio in Orlando, Florida. She is truly an amazing instructor. She will provide you with a full body workout and put you in great shape. I had some amazing results from taking Allison's classes. She pays a lot of attention to each individual client even in a group setting. Her guidance in explaining each exercise is very thorough and articulate. I was fortunate to be able to take classes with her and miss her very much.
