I used ABC Day-N-Night Bail Bonds for a Bail Bond and Electronic Home Monitoring. I first spoke with Connie and was very impressed with her professional nature. She thoroughly explained the bonding and electronic home monitoring process to me. I called all the electronic home monitoring companies and Day-N-Night was the cheapest by far. They also use gps type equipment so it was a lot easier for me as I am a college student at spscc. It actually saved me money to use the same company for both and I didn't have to coordinate anything, they did it all. I knew I was going to be held at my next hearing and my attorney said they would make me do monitoring, so when I called Day-N-Night, I knew I had the right company at the right price. They do not charge any additional fees for posting your bond, just 10% and their monitoring rates are $14.50 a day. They waived the set-up fee because I bonded through them. They arraigned my pick-up with the jail and brought me back to their office just a block away. They also notified the court and my probation officer that I was on monitoring with them. The only other thing I want to let others know is the other companies I called for monitoring were unable to accommodate me having day and night classes at the college. The rules were black and white and no accommodations were going to be made for me. Day-N-Night use gps equipment and are able to let me give them my schedule just the way it is and monitor me. You still can't do any fun stuff like shopping malls and movies, but I can go to school, church, doctors and my court stuff I just send in a schedule. Just wanted to let everyone know who is looking for monitoring that ABC Day-N-Night is the way to go! P.S they also encourage you to do as many AA meetings as you can and their program will accommodate even the emergency AA meeting I have needed. Thanks ABC Day-N-Night.
