Review content:
First time I used this location, I witnessed an employee (her name may be Carol) verbally harass multiple customers about various things. At one point, she refused to serve one of those customers, stating that he was uneducated in the pick up process of a package. A co-worker intervened and told her she was mistaken, and that the young man had the correct information. However, she continued to give the customer a hard time, and never apologized. It was surreal to watch. This was in March, and every time I have been to this location since then, the same employee has been present, along with the same attitude she showed that day. Many people from the area I'm close to tell me that they've filed complaints against said employee, yet she's still there. I recently started doing my mail business at the Highland Park USPS, and couldn't be happier.
It's pathetic watching these grown ""women"" act like attitude-driven teenagers. Grow up, ladies.
