It never ceases to amaze me, how many people complain when they shop at Walmart and are not given Nordstroms customer service. They simply can't understand that their purchasing Tide Laundry detergent for $1.99 but if they can't find 6 people willing to assist load it into their car, then they feel they are being ""wronged"". For the record Home Appliance offers very competitive pricing. As for service, if you have a question they can get it for you. When you are saving $600 on the price of a Fridge if you can not afford to wait another week, simply pay the full price and buy it from Home Depot. Dont forget the $100+ delivery charge while you are there. I've purchased many appliances in my days as a remodeler and have had some delivery dates pass and go, but always got what I wanted. Great prices, manufacturer warranted products and answers when I needed them. IF YOU MUST COMPLAIN, save your money, these guys have plenty of customers and shop Retail at Home Depot or Lowes. Your college apartment fridge may costs, $1000, but never worry, at least you got it delivered on time... or come down to Home Appliance, purchase the same Fridge, with a minor ding or scratch on the side for $450, and pick it up yourself. STOP CRYING ALREADY!
