RECENTLY I WENT TO BUY OVER $1500 WORTH OF APPLIANCES HERE BECAUSE OUR KITCHEN WAS TORN DOWN AND IN THE PROCESS OF BEING REMODELED. WE WERE TOLD THAT THE APPLIANCES WOULD ARRIVE IN 2 WEEKS BECAUSE THEY HAD BOTH IN ONE OF THIER WHEREHOUSES. WE MADE IT CLEAR THAT WE NEEDED THEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THE CONTRACTOR COULD COMPLETE THE KITCHEN. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT THEY TOOK 4 WEEKS TO CALL AND TELL US THAT THE COOKTOP WE ORDERED IS DISCONTINUED WE NEEDED ONE ASAP SO WE OF COURSE WANTED A REFUND SO WE COULD BUY ONE THAT WE COULD TAKE HOME THAT DAY. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE US 5% TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT OUR FAULT. I ASKED THAT HE WAVE THAT FEE AND HE BEGAN TALKING AT ME AS IF I WAS STUPID AND IN A LOUD TONE OF VOICE POUNDING ON THE DESK, POUNDING THE CALCULATOR DOWN AND BEING DOWN RIGHT RUDE. I'VE HAVE NEVER BEEN DISRESPECTED THAT BADLY IN MY LIFE. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE HE WAS THE OWNER. I'VE NEVER BEEN THAT UPSET EVER. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE OR REFER ANYONE TO THIS STORE AND I ADVISE ANYONE READING THIS TO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!! YOU MIGHT SAVE $40 ON AN APPLIANCE BUT IT IS NOT WORTH BEING TREATED HORRIBLY AND BEING TALKED DOWN TO. I HOPE NO ONE EVER HAS TO EXPIRENCE WHAT I DID AT THE HOME APPLIANCE COMPANY IN FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA.
