I've visited Shirley's for a long time and appreciate the changes that the new management have put in place. They selection of 50% off cards is a wonderful addition and makes my purchases a lot smoother (I can't tell you how many times I've forgotten to get my wife a card in the past...). Their selection of small gift items (candles, figurines, etc) is also good.
Pros: Price, Selection, Quality, Deep Discounts on Cards
Cons: Closed on Major Holidays
