Review content:
Hampton Center apartments was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life. I visited a nice model ahead of time that was very spacious and the grounds didn't look TOO bad, but they ripped me off big time. First of all, my apartment was disgusting moving in, the dishwasher was full of smelly brown water that I had to clean out, the floor was dirty with red juice spilled all over. There was still juice in the refigerator. The apartment smelled horrible. I found a disgusting xrated movie in the cupboard. I decided to scrub the apartment and forget about it. It was hot in my apartment, but I figured I just had to turn on the air and I'd be fine. It was a heat wave and it was over 100 degrees outside. Well it was over 110 degrees inside my apartment and my air did not work... My air wasn't fixed for weeks, so I suffered for a few days not being able to sleep b/c it was so hot and had to put wet towels on my body to keep cool and then decided to move in with a friend for a while until the air was fixed. The office said my air was fixed, but it still was over 100 degrees in my apt and would only give out warm air... obviously not fixed. My apartment was broken into right after I moved in, then a couple weeks later I was in my apartment and people were trying to break in. I've never felt so unsafe in my life. Most equipment in the workout center was broken.I could go on and on but in the end I had to move out b/c my apt was unliveable and had to pay insane fees to break my lease, leaving me in so much debt. I wasn't even able to live in my apt more than a few days (and they were hell). The management company would not return my calls or emails regarding my concerns. The only people I was allowed to speak with were the leasing office staff, who did not care one single bit that they did not provide what they promised upon moving in.
Pros: spacious
Cons: everything other than space is a con
