Businiess name:  Omni Richmond Hotel
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
This hotel does just enough. The hotel is located in the BEST area of downtown Richmond. The service was acceptable. I wanted to go to a ""grass"" driving range the Concierge took 20 minutes to get the request just right. They helped me choose to an incredible restaurant (Sam Millers). I asked to be placed in a quiet section of the hotel and I was placed next to the elevators. The walls are thin. The bed was not soft, but I got a good nights sleep. The TV was ok (small, but good cable channel selection). They charge for local calls?! This hotel would not be considered luxury in Boston or Chicago...but this is Richmond. Two hotels compare to this hotel. The Omni is WAY better than the Crowne Plaza. If price is not a problem stay at the Jefferson, otherwise you can't get a better ""luxury"" hotel in Richmond. Pros: location, service, get fit rooms Cons: service, luxury tease
