Businiess name:  Four Seasons Hotel Austin

Review content:
I'm an Event planner, I have the reponsibility of scouting and recommending venues all over the world for my clients. The Four Seasons-Austin is one of my faves! The Hotel is fabulous, the customer service is world class, I can assure you being Brazilian-American, and a Miami native I come from a world of diversity and free spirits... so I recognize a person's freedom to live and enjoy their life. But for the Four Seasons to be homophobic is craziness and almost unbelievable to me, I wonder if this was just an ""off day"" for them. I know the Mgr and am familiar with the concierge staff; I have never gotten the feeling that they were homophobic in the least, however, if I'm wrong, my apologies. I can remind you that discretion is well advised if you're in the Lobby of a place such as The Four Seasons, after all, it is not the red light district in Shanghai. So if I may, I totally get the ""affection"" thing, no matter what your sexual orientation, but discretion is always a ""first class"" idea. And although Austin is a very ""diverse"" and ""free spirited"" locale, The Four Seasons is a first class Resort and one should act accordingly. I would guess, your sexual orientation is accepted by more people these days than you know, I say love and be loved, just err on the side of what's tasteful...and not ""tacky"" no matter where you go. But then, this is my humble oppinion, I welcome yours.
