I am an 82 year old woman who had a compressed fracture of my back in May and spent six weeks in the hospital. Four months later, the only relief I was offered from the medical doctors was pain pills. After my first visit with Charlene at Health Matrix, I was able to sleep through the night for the first time since May. A few visits later, I experienced a whole day without any pain (my first since May). With Charlene's pain resolution suggestions and therapy, I can go to sleep quicker and make it through the day without the intense pain I had before. Also, I now use ice packs instead of pain medicine to improve my level of comfort! I feel better and my daughter tells me I look better without the ""pain scowl"" on my face. I am so glad I found Charlene. I am looking forward to more pain free days.
