I signed a three year contract and completed it. I sent my cancellation letter with my monthly payment. My payment was received, but my letter was lost. So they renewed my contract for another year. I made several attempts to call to see if my letter was received I left messages and never got a call back. The billing department was very rude. They told that "" Their collection agency are really mean and they don't play nice. "" Quantum Alarm also said if it went to collections they could put a lien on my house. I would not recommend this Alarm Company. I've never been treated so poorly by another company.
