This Company has been good to me for a year, but their service is the worst! I was called just yesterday saying that my alarm went off for burgulary and fire and they dispatched the police which costed me $75 a pop BUT THE MAJOR THING IS.......MY ALARM WAS NOT SET!!! SO HOW DO YOU MONITOR AN ALARM THAT HAS NOT BEEN SET??????? AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME $25 SERVICE CHARGE FOR SOMETHING THEY DID WRONG WITH THE SYSTEM! DID I REMEMBER TO SAY THAT MY ALARM WAS NOT SET!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF IT AND I DONT HAVE THE MONEY RIGHT NOW TO GET OUT OF THIS 3YR CONTRACT BUT I WISH I DID! SO I AM STUCK WITH THEM FOR ANOTHER TWO YEARS OR UNTIL I GET THE MONEY. I DONT AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! EVER!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ALARM SERVICE. GO TO ADT!
