I have been with Quanum only 9 months in our new home. They have shown me they have a professional staff to not only monitor & service calls but if I have a question or problem it is taken care that very day if possible. I read the other reviews, I am sooo sorry that they felt they had poor service--perhaps they needed to speak to an owner instead of customer service for the satisfaction they deserved. Every company has problems from time to time--I have no problem recommending them on my service history. I have been happy with the installation, monitoring & service.
Pros: Thumbs up in all areas of service & installation
Cons: I have none---by the way I a m not an employee or family...
