I had a similar experience with Quantum alarm, they are quick to get your business but they have a lousy customer relations. I called several different contact numbers before I finaly got a rude operator who just gave me the run around. I called ten minutes later the same operator told me a different story as to what to do about my account and gave me another number to call. I called that number and that person told me that I could not cancel my account because the contract states that I should request cancelation in writing. I submitted a letter in writing stating that I no longer reside on that property and the house was vacant. They told me that they could not cancel my contract because I had to submit my request thirty days prior to the contract renewing. I've been paying for their service and not utilizing the system for 11 mths BE AWARE
