I have never in my life experienced a more unprofessional environment than I did at Coxco Transmissions on Huebner Rd the other day. To top it all off the so-called sales manager Mr. Robbie was rude and lied to my family and myself from day one. We were referred by a great shop and trustworthy mechanics from 4G's to Coxco becuase 4g's does not replace/rebuild transmissions. Robbie was friendly on the first call offering a free towing and free diagnostics. Once my car was there though he called me back to tell me it would be $614.00 for re-conditioning the vehicle. Asked him to explain this erroneous charge which he never gave to us in detail. This so-called term was used only to make money!!! I already knew my transmission had to be replaced and I paid $600.00 to be told that by Robbie again. Even after I paid him my parts were just thrown in the car. Basically, he charged us for something that wasn't even done when we gave him the money. He would not even give us the car back when we paid him. Made us wait!!! Horrible!Horrible!Horrible!!!!! Please beware, go somewhere else for your transmission. This guy and this place is a joke. See u in court Mr. Robbie!!!!!!! We even had to call the police to have him give us our own car back!! Don't let him lure u there because u will not get ur car back without paying him something!!!
