I was steam-cleaning my husbands office late last night when I discovered that the air-conditioning system was no longer working. Without air-conditioning, mold could develop in the wet atmosphere in the office, but I realized that this was the busiest season for air-conditioning repairs and the chances of a quick repair were not good. I called and left a message, thinking I would probably be called back the next day. Within 5 minutes, Jeff called me back! I was amazed at the response. And even more amazed when Jeff actually apologized for not being able to answer when I called! Thats service! (He told me he had been talking to another customer and couldnt answer immediately.)
We made arrangements for a technician to come to the office the next morning.
The next morning Willy arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, gave me a fair estimate of the cost, fixed the problem and checked over the entire system. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgable, very professional, neat, and helpful. He gave me suggestions on what we could do to improve the efficiency of the system and extend the life of the condenser without using a hard sell pressure.
I am extremely pleased with the entire experience!
