DONT RENT HERE! They charge you just as much as any other LUXURY apartment in Pleasanton. The rooms are ok in size but other than that, its a bad place. Walls are garbage, tried to hang up a picture frame and the dry wall is so old its like DIRT, nail just fell out a few minutes after I hung it up. You can hear EVERYTHING through these sand packed walls, toilet flushing, someone taking a shower, walking, moving furniture, everything. The bathroom is CONNECTED to the bedroom with one sliding door seperating the toilet from your bedroom, and the sink isnt located in the bathroom -- its technically in your bedroom! So incovinient with guests. The electricity bill is RIDICULOUS, I was paying around $60-70 this last few months (July-Oct '07) for a 1 bedroom and my friend in Dublin has a 2 bedroom with AC, Dish washer, W/D in unit and only paying $40. This place has no dishwasher, broke down cabinets, an A/C that when you turn it on - sounds like its going to jump off the wall, and a PATHETIC gym that has equipment from the 60's. The complex managers are outrages, so deceitful who'll do anything to you to get things there way. And by the way, whoever the manager is here always, I mean ALWAYS has a ton of family ""renting"" out their units who always get their way and the repairs to their apartments. DONT- I repeat DONT rent here
