Review content:
This discussion thread represents the best and worst of the internet. Anyone can get on here and defame a business or person and they don't include their name and hide behind the anonymity of the internet. It sounds like one bad incident with an instructor has led to a lot of bashing of a business that has given some outstanding instruction to hundreds of young and aspiring musicians.
I have only had positive experiences with 88 Keys. I find them very professional and caring about the students and parents they serve. Their services and fees seem to be in line with other musical services available in the market. I would suggest that commentors read the User Review Guidelines before making a vicious, attacking review in the future. CitySearch should remove these comments that violate their guidelines listed under Unacceptable Content.
Have the courage to let the owner and instructors of 88 Keys to address your concerns in person rather than hiding behind the internet.
