I was recommended to this place by the geek squad at Best Buy. And i was totally glad that i followed their advice. My 2yr old daughter spilled some milk in my blackberry so it had been dead for a while. My problem is that all of my text, emails, and address book are in it and there was no way that i could retrieve it. The technician in this store helped me out and he was able to pull out all the info and load it back to my brand new blackberry storm. These guys are like magicians!! No wonder even the guys at best buy recommend you. I dont mind paying a premium if the customer service is top notch!!
