Very overpriced for afterschool care - $70.00 per week - they do not provide transportation for the kids. They do provide snacks/junk food for them. This is the only daycare option for the Oakmont Elementary school district, it seems to me this daycare takes advantage of this. On top of the weekly fee's if the daycare is closed for a holiday, you STILL have to pay them EXTRA for each day they are CLOSED! Not sure how they think that is ethical....Have not had a problem with any of the staff - the only problems outside of the high tuition fee's is their choice of snacks they provide - giving kids coke to drink - and having an amazing playground that they never take the kids outside to play on. (Afterschool care kids) They have about 10-12 afterschool care kids that ride the bus over from Oakmont. That school probably has around 100-125 kids easily. They would probably have more kids at this daycare if their rates were more reasonable/competitive with other daycare centers. Must be alot of people doing alot of ""in home"" babysitting for the working parents.
