Mr. Thomas is the center director at the Baytown location and my husband, kids and I simply love taking the classes. It's a nice workout with a family friendly enviroment. My kids have started showing better self disipline and more self reliance. They seem to be so much mor confident since they started.
Pros: great instructors, family friendly
Cons: saturday classes can get kinda full
