My daughter chose Earth to Old City to purchase a birthday present for me. She used her hard earned money and purchased a birdhouse. The one on display was shipped and was broken. After many attempts to contact the owner she never returned our call and sent messages through a helpless employee. We were refused the option of a full credit on our card, only store credit. I ask you. would you pay full retail for an item that was broken ? Would you ever accept a store credit from a company who did not stand by their product ? I have always encouraged my daughter to do business with ""mom and pop shops"" but perhaps I should rethink my direction. I strongly encourage all customers to think twice before doing business with this company.
