There are only a few full service ceramic shops left in the Houston area and this is the best. There is alot of greenware and bisque items to choose from and I always get my ceramic slip from here. They also have Duncan and Mayco paints and always have some discounted glazes for some cheap prices! You can visit anytime they are open to sit and paint, but I usually come for classes. There are classes during the week and what I like is that they don't care what skill level you are at and if you don't finish projects you can leave them there and come back and everyone joins in and haves fun, but most importantly the instructors really help you without intimidating you which is a plus becuase I always felt intimidated by the ladies who had been doing ceramics for more years than I had been alive! Pros: tons of greenware and bisque and ceramic paints Cons: new owner is overworked and can't always get the phone, but email works great for her!
