My husband and I had wanted to add a screen room to our existing home for some time. We did our search for not only the price, but for the one builder who would listen to our desires and build our vision. Schultz Custom Homes & Remodeling not only listened, but delivered on time. They provided gantt charts to let us know the timing on deliverables and met them within reason. The sub-crews were on time and friendly, leaving the work site each day debris free. My husband s main concern with all the workers was for them not to destroy the lawn. Without question, this need was met as well. The smallest detail was sought after and taken care of at all times. The quality and workmanship put into the project not only met our expectations, but exceeded them! We now thoroughly enjoy our Screened in Room, aka screen porch!
