Businiess name:  EZ Garage Door Co.

Review content:
My experience with EZ Garage Door Company has left me with a fear of parking my car in the garage. Approximately 2 years ago the door was installed, within a year I was having constant problems. Didn't seem like much to me, what do I know, I never had a garage before. All those issues lead up to just a few days ago, the opener falling out the ceiling onto the top of my car. I thought my son and I were dead. It sounded like the garage roof caved in on us. I had another company come out to inspect and they could not believe the quality of work that was put into installing that door. It was literally hung up by a thread. There were no supports on the door at the end of the track. The rail at the end of the track was only connected with 2 bolts, which caused it to bow in the center. The opener was attached to the ceiling with 2 nails. not bolts, nails. The wheels on the track were plastic and the one wasn't even secured, so it kept jumping the track whic caused it to crack. Just a poor quality of work that could have left my son or injured.
