I am an avid collector of jewelry and have done business with several pawn shops in the area over the course of the last 15 years. This is by far one of the worst I've dealt with. I had an item in lay-away that was pulled even though I was making regular payments in a timely manner. Management is mean spirited and uncooperative. They changed the lay-away rules mid stream and without notification. When I went in to make my monthly payment, I was told that I exceeded the number of months that was allowed to keep an item in law-away and the item would be pulled unless I paid the balance on the spot. These were not the rules when I initially placed the item in law-away and this was never explained on the front end. These people are obviously not interested in developing a returning customer base. Manners and Airline Jewelry and Loan are far better to deal with. Avoid this shop at all costs.
