My ""pressure treated"" 6-foot privacy fence was installed less than a year ago. The wood, however, is not pressure treated and must be stained/water proofed by the end of fall 2011! I had problems with the owner, Derrick Smith, ever since I signed a contract with him. He didn't return calls to tell me when he was starting the fence, and the morning I called to tell him I was contacting my attorney, his workers just happened to be outside starting. I caught the workers NOT building the fence in the way I wanted, (they weren't putting the 6 foot board to the ground, I have a siberian husky, live on a main road, and the dog could slid through the gap Fenscapes had from the board to the fence).
Long story short, I'm going to need to have the fence repaired. As the other review here from ga3088, Derrick is unresponsive to calls about fixing the issues with the fence and the gates.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I was lied to and paid for pressure treated wood and perfect work. I got nothing good from this company. Derrick Smith didn't even lift a finger to help his little worker bees to build my fence.
